No Refunds

All purchases of Vext are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Failure to check system requirements before purchasing
• Incompatibility with unsupported hardware or operating systems
• Dissatisfaction with features or functionality

Why No Refunds

Vext includes a generous free trial — 100 dictations and 10 meeting recordings — with no credit card required. This gives you ample opportunity to evaluate the App before making a purchase decision. We encourage you to fully test the App during the free trial to ensure it meets your needs.

System Requirements

Before purchasing, please confirm your Mac meets the requirements:

• macOS 14 Sonoma or later
• Apple Silicon (M1, M2, M3, M4 or later)

Intel-based Macs are not supported.

Exceptions

In rare cases of technical issues that prevent the App from functioning on a supported system and that we are unable to resolve, we may consider a refund at our sole discretion. Contact us at hello@getvext.app with details of the issue.
